Patient Health Questionnaire

Patient Health Questionnaire is an easy-to-use tool for both patients and doctors to help them determine the intensity of a patient's depression level and offer them assistance. PHQ is used by several medical health centers and hospitals to help patients discover the intensity of their ailment and decide for themselves to seek help. Especially patients suffering from mental health ailments and their kith and kin can use the screening tool to help them discover the nature and level of their illness and prompt them to seek help. 

The PHQ-9 was developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues, with an educational grant from Pfizer Inc.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized anxiety disorder screening helps determine a mental health patient's state of mind and level of anxiety. This helps notice whether the patient shows extreme signs of distress, tension or depression. It also sees whether the individual has the mental strength to handle him or herself in a tough or demanding situation or even keep a steady behavior in a regular circumstance.
