The Access Difference

THE ACCESS DIFFERENCE

Personal Attention

We staff our units so that each patient is able to receive personal attention from all of their treatment team members – this means you will have significant 1:1 time with all of your providers, including your doctor, nurse, social worker, and counselor.

Individualized Treatment

We don’t use “cookie cutter” treatment plans that impose the same generic recovery goals every patient. Instead, we work hand-in-hand with you to determine which medications, therapies, and evidence-based interventions will best support both your short-term and long-term recovery goals.

Supportive Environment

We recognize that seeking treatment takes courage and recovery requires trust. We work hard to create a supportive environment wherein you are “built-up” for tomorrow instead of “put down” for yesterday. Moreover, we will treat you with dignity and respect during both your highs and lows. In doing so, we hope to develop a trusting and therapeutic relationship with you that will permit you the space to express and address the challenges that brought you to treatment.

Opportunities to Connect

We know that mental and behavioral health challenges often result in debilitating feelings of isolation that can impede recovery. We provide a variety of small and large group activities each day so you can make meaningful connections with both your treatment team and other patients. We hope that through these structured activities and opportunities to connect you will come to learn that you are not alone.

Continuity of Care

We don’t discharge you and just hope for the best – we start planning your discharge upon admission to ensure you have the necessary healthcare, housing, and social supports in place prior to discharge so you can make your recovery plan happen.
